Returns & Exchange

At Avennej, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place.

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase or you have received a defective item, we're here to help. Simply follow our easy return process, and we'll take care of the rest.

Return Process:

  1. Ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. We kindly ask that you return the item in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  2. Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email customerservice@avennej.com and our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
  3. Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item and ship it back to us using a reliable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5 business days.
  5. Please note that the refund will be issued in the original form of payment. However, please be aware that the shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Defective Items:

If you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may request photos or additional information to assist us in assessing the defect and finding the best solution for you.

Non-Returnable Items:

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Please note we do NOT accept returns on white clothing, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, sale items, or items purchased during a promotion.

 

We do reserve the right to refuse to accept an exchange should that item be worn. Items must be unworn and returned in the same condition it was sent to you (i.e. - no makeup staining, deodorant markings, or any stains of any sort.)
